Having trouble accessing our electronic resources?
Try one of the following options:
-
Are you using the correct PIN?
Your PIN should be the last four digits of your telephone number. (Your PIN should also work to access Your Account.) If that number isn’t working for you, you can change your PIN (an email on file with the library IS required). -
Are you using a current web browser?
Some research tools require a recent web browser version (Internet Explorer 7+ or Firefox 3+). -
Are your cookies enabled? (What are ‘cookies’?)
Many research tools require that your web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) be set to accept cookies to work well. For information on setting your browser to accept cookies visit Google’s “How to Enable Cookies” page.
If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing a resource, please contact your library!!
Looking for an item we don’t have in our catalog?
Check WorldCat for the book and contact your library to request an interlibrary loan! Have the following information handy when you make your request:
- your full name
- your library barcode number, and
- the OCLC Number of the title you are requesting.
