Free class: Kitchen 101

Free class: Kitchen 101

Have you ever gotten a new kitchen gadget, but aren’t sure how to use it? Have you ever wanted to know how to properly hold a knife or sharpen one? Maybe you want to find out what the difference is between a shallot and an onion? These are just a few questions that we may be able to answer in our kitchen 101 presentation.

The evening will include small demonstrations, as well as story telling and a Q&A session.

Join us at the library on Wednesday February 28th from 5:30-7:30 as Lois Zingsheim explains helpful tips and tricks for the everyday home cook.

This is a free class but sign up is required, call or visit the library today to reserve your spot. 920-533-8534
