Join Jay and Hiedi Retzer as they describe their unique small farm. It is a local family operation where they grow high quality corn and wheat that they harvest in order to use in craft distilling. The family distills and bottles vodka, gin, and moonshine on site using limestone-filtered water off the famous Niagara Escarpment. Jay will be discussing the finer points behind the science of agriculture and technology that goes into creating a quality liquor. He will also discuss the business strategies that they used to launch this venture. There will be time for questions about this new and exciting business located between Eden and Fond du Lac.
