On Tuesday June 24th at 6pm join Lois Zingsheim as she teaches a salad oils and vinaigrette dressings class. A fee of $15 per participant will be charged to cover the cost of food and supplies. Payment will be due at time of class, cash only please. If you would like to attend, but need assistance paying for the class, please see Alison at the library. This class has space for 14 people. Registration opens on June 2nd; no early registrations will be taken.
