Stay active this summer. Walk, run, bike, swim, play sports etc. for 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Earn a badge if you complete 140 minutes of physical activities per week. Each time you earn a badge your name will be entered into a drawing for a wrist pedometer. A pedometer will be given out for age groups 0 – 11, 12 – 17, and 18 and up.
